    The World-time, the dream-time

     

    The exhibition “The world-time, the dream-time” is inspired by the 1972 novel The Word of World is Forest written by the American novelist Ursula Le Guin. “The world-time” and “the dream-time” correspond to the redefinition of “time” in the novel: the time of waking and the time of imagination. The exhibition invites artists to investigate ecological issues around the three layers of nature, society, and thinking, insisting on a non-dualistic and imagination-based worldview, offering a perspective that rebuts the logic of Anthropocene thoughts.
